Hannah Dominique E. John Kamen was born in England. Her most well-known roles include performances on the screen as Dutch on the Syfy television series Killjoys, Ornela in the HBO series Game of Thrones, F'Nale Zandor in Steven Spielberg's Ready Player One, and Ghost in Ant-Man and the Wasp. Hannah is the smallest of three children born to Nigerian scientific forensics father and a Norwegian fashion designer mom in Beverley. Hannah went to Kirk Ella Primary School and Hull Collegiate School for her secondary schooling. Hannah also completed her training in London's National Youth Theatre. In 2012, John-Kamen received her diploma from the Central School of Speech and Drama. John-Kamen's professional career began in 2011 when she voiced Dark Souls for video games. Later, she would be featured in episodes of the TV series Misfits (2012), Black Mirror (2012), Whitechapel (2013), The Syndicate (2013), The Midnight Beast (2014) as well as The Hour (2015). John-Kamen landed Viva's lead role on Viva Forever (2012), a West End show based off the Spice Girls songs. Viva Forever, written by Jennifer Saunders with production by Judy Craymer premiered at Piccadilly Theatre on the 11th of December, 2012. Reviews were mostly negative. The Daily Mirror praised John Kamen but not the show. They wrote: "It's a shame a talented cast gets snubbed with a formulaic script and leaden wording." The series ended on the 29th of June, 2013. John-Kamen got a major part on SyFy's Killjoys in 2015. John-Kamen was a featured guest in the series HBO Game of Thrones. In 2016, John-Kamen appeared in an episode of Black Mirror, "Playtest". She also appeared on the second season of the UK television show The Tunnel and portrayed Ghost in the film Ant-Man and the Wasp.
